Bug Description
As discussed, for ci-airline, we'd like to have a way to specify the additional packages from PPAs that we wish to install in live filesystem builds:

I'm sure we can add such a thing, although it won't be necessary in the
common case. This would be a matter of coming up with a few environment
variables which livecd-rootfs then turns into appropriate add_package
calls.
