Bug Description
After getting the latest updates, a previously working lucid container is failing to start:
sudo lxc-start -n u1-server
lxc-start: failed to mount rootfs
lxc-start: failed to setup rootfs for 'u1-server'
lxc-start: failed to setup the container
lxc-start: invalid sequence number 1. expected 2
lxc-start: failed to spawn 'u1-server'
lxc-start: Device or resource busy - failed to remove cgroup '/mnt/cgroup/
