Location bar oscillates on mouseover

Bug Description

If the the window size and path length are just right, the location bar will rapidly change position when the mouse pointer hovers over it. A screencast is attached.

A particular folder that I frequently use causes this to happen when Nautilus is snapped to half of the screen.
