Bug Description

You must follow this steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Focus the desktop (or Files (nautilus) window, or System Settings window or etc).
2. Press menu key and you'll see that a context menu appears.
3. Move the mouse to some other place and press the key again. You will have another menu.

Also, in step three, you can even move your mouse somewhere else to literally have multiple menus. I confirm this bug.

Moreover, accidentally, if you press and hold the "Context Menu Key" (it can happen while trying to press and hold Alt key, thats how I discovered this bug), it will open a hell lotta context menus and it can really hang up Ubuntu (Unity).

I would like to request immediate patch for this.
