Bug Description

Binary package hint: netpbm

pnmtopng produces empty .png files if the file rgb.txt is not found in some standard location.
Solution: make netpbm depend on package xrgb.

Marking as duplicate of #300935. Although package xrgb was removed in Hardy, the latest known location of rgb.txt was in x11-common, from which it has been removed, breaking netpbm once again.
