Network manager applet don't update the list of avaliable wifi networks

Bug Description
When Ubuntu starts the network manager applet show a notification saying that there are avaiable networks, but when I click on it, it doesn't show the avaliable networks. So I need to disable wifi and able it after to the networks list appear. It also usually don't update the networks list.
