Bug Description
I tried to make a DSL connection using the Network Connection tool, and it's OK until I press "Available to all users" and then DSL connection just disappear.I haven't managed to make a internet connection with NC tool, so I tried "pppoeconf" in terminal and it works fine as always. It's just odd bug, connections just disappear no errors, no messages... nothing. :)

This bug also affects the x86 systems, if it's important. The bug first appeared in karmic.
Maybe it's not about network-manager but somewhere in the user rights (don't know where though)? I beleive the very same issue is when I make a connection system-wide and later cannot change it (produces the 'insufficient priviledges' message).
