NM applet crashes after deselecting "Available to all users"

Bug Description
After I have allowed every user to connect to mobile wireless by clicking the checkbox and closed the Edit dialogue, I can't change it back again. While entering root password, an error message appears 'Insufficient privileges.' After that the app crashes down.
