Bug Description
When I updated from 11.10 to 12.04, the wireless stopped working. It just keeps asking me for the password without ever connecting.
The wired network works just fine.

As I see in the atachments you use Atheros TP-Link 5008, correct?
What you observe is properly a bug in the kernel driver ath9k.
I have the same problems on my system.
Is it correct that a complete shutdown(no software newstart!) and again booted system accept your phassphrase?
