Bug Description

Get that error logged into journalctl

this is also met on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1211859

---> libnl-3.so link is only present when libnl3-devel is installed.

an upstream fix is available

Looks like it was a transitional issue: that error is no more logged into journalctl.
Maybe that report can be set as 'invalid'

Feedback

Today i've booted with the new kernel 4.2.0-4.4 (canonical kernel team) and journalctl has logged that error again.
So ignore the comment #2 above please.

That error should have been introduced by this upgrade:

libnl3 (3.2.26-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Provide Multiarch:same dev packages
  * Add new libnl-xfrm library handling packet transformations
  * Update standards to 3.9.6
