Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
This is the same bug reported in #346268, which has been marked as duplicate of #346835, but its solution did not solve the issue.
I have attached udevadm output hoping is useful to fix the udev rules file because I had no success.

dupe of bug 351803; please check comment 11 ... which for some seems not to work. If you can find the properl udev rule fix that would be great.
