Bug Description
Binary package hint: nicotine
I'm using a fully up to date version of Ubuntu 8.04.1 and Nicotine+ 1.2.9 installed via Synaptic.
Currently I have about 750 files being downloaded from 5 users and recently suffered a problem where Nicotine would consume about 80% or more of my 2.8ghz P4. and become unresponsive.
It was working fine for a long time until yesterday. After recalling I had selected the "Group by Users" option. I disabled it this morning before it froze and noticed the problem was no more.
