Display switch and Radio enable/disable hotkey icons

Mirco, these are the icons related to bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/notify-osd/+bug/404658
Those were created by the design team. Can we get them into Precise, please?

I've put up a MR for trusty here:

Once that's merged the SRU-machinery to bring this to precise needs to be kicked into gear.

I've uploaded the new icons to lp:~ubuntu-art-pkg/notify-osd/notify-osd-icons-ubuntu and now do the SRU-ing for precise.

This bug was fixed in the package notify-osd-icons - 0.8+14.04.20131204-0ubuntu1

Accepted notify-osd-icons into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/notify-osd-icons/0.8~precise in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
