Bug Description
Ubuntu 19.04
notify-osd 0.9.35+
The notifications should automatically disappear after a short time.
However, the notifications can remain for a long time and I have to close them manually.
Happens sometimes and doesn't seem to be specific to a type of notification.

I recently noticed that long-appearance -time notifications happen when I'm reading and not using the mouse or keyboard.
A second after I click anywhere with my mouse, it disappears. If I don't do this, it will definitely remain there for minutes.
