Bug Description
I would like to ask for a FFE exception for nova-compute-lxd, It contains various bug fixes, update testsuite, and support for container migration.

nova-compute-lxd doesn't have any rdepends and is in universe. This release is mostly a bugfix release except for the addition of container migration which is a completely new feature so not breaking any kind of backward compatibility.
As a result, I believe this is safe for inclusion, go ahead!
