Bug Description

I am unable to get programs started from either launcher or dash to show up on my primary monitor. I have tried workaround with compiz, system settings.. No progress.

Gimp opens up everywhere.

Parent opens up in primary monitor, child does not.

FileZilla, Ubuntu Software Center does not open on Primary Monitor.

Calculator does infact open up on Primary monitor.
