Bug Description

[ Impact ]

 * The platform Optiplex 7000/XE series was separated from other Optiplex models
because of the schedule during development, after they are all certified, it's
time to merge them back together for better maintenance.

[ Test Plan ]

 1. Install stock Ubuntu focal on Optiplex 7000/XE certified hardware.
 2. Open software-properties-gtk
 3. Enable the additional driver support for oem-somerville-kingdra-adl-wave2-meta
 4. $ sudo apt dist-upgrade
 5. $ apt policy oem-somerville-kingdra-adl-wave2-meta
 6. $ apt policy oem-somerville-kingdra-adl-meta

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * The package is not transited successfully, which may cause the Optiplex 7000/XE
platform not able to get oem specified update anymore.

[ Other Info ]

 * Link lp:1989836 for the transit SRU.
