Bug Description

Binary package hint: ogmrip

There are only 3 listed encodings for subtitles to encode into
(UTF-8, ISO-8859-2 and ASCII)

For user comfort there should be more encodings for offer.
(The subtitles can be ripped into UTF-8 and then converted by libiconv for example.)
