Bug Description
Some KDE applications including (but not limited to):
*KDE connect
*Some plasmoids I have downloaded
*The weather applet
*Calendar with weather function I have downloaded
can't connect to the internet.
KDE connect cant pair with any device.
Any plasmoid or applet that requires internet to fetch data, just hangs. No error message, just a spinning circle like it's actually loading which takes forever.
I'm using Kubuntu 22.04 Development Build with all the latest updates installed.
To replicate this issue, one needs to enable the proposed updates repository and then do a sudo apt upgrade. That's all it took for me. As soon as I reverted back the issue disappeared.
