Cannot create click package for HTML5 apps

Bug Description

If I create a template HTML 5 app "webtest", and I can create a click package for it. However after I have downloaded the cordova APIs, I cannot make the click package any more. This used to work in the early SDK releases.

The click package creation does not fail, but validating the click package fails because the manifest.json is not updated to contain the selected architectures

This was deprecated by the HTML team, removing the feature from QtCreator

<zaspire> zbenjamin: we deprecated support for using cordova api from unity-webapps-qml. So best solution would be removing any mention about cordova from qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu
<zbenjamin> zaspire: ah ok, so we can remove that item from the menu.json
