Please merge qtiplot (universe) with version 0.9.8.2-1 from Debian unstable main

This is still pending upload in Debian, so I guess we'll have to wait before merging.

Looking at the Ubuntu-specific changes:

* libqtassistant-client dependency - STILL NEEDED
* 03_binutils-gold-fix.diff - DROP: NOW IN DEBIAN

Now available in Debian

Do you will prepare a patch for merge, or rather looking for contributor to do it?

I'm happy to do it later in the week. I'll mark it "In progress" when I start. If anyone else wants to do it sooner, then that's fine too.

You can assign bug to yourself, then other contributors know that you want to do it. ATM there is no any important reasons to do it right now.

@Bhavani - The build system patches have been merged in Debian, so 03_binutils-gold-fix.diff can be dropped in Ubuntu.

Adding debdiffs (not yet build tested)

Launchpad keeps giving me an "Oops!" message when I try to upload the old->new Ubuntu debdiff. I'll try again later
