Bug Description
Roundcube + dovecot + openldap (phamm). A user that have logged in using a username with leading capital prevents further login attempts. The username stores in mysql with the capital character and when logging in without capitals in username (correct with ldap and dovecot) does not work, nor using capitals (correct with roundcube, but incorrect with dovecot and ldap).
