Bug Description

Binary package hint: rsyslog

rsyslog's upstart job tries to start rsyslogd when the package is removed but not purged (and therefore /usr/sbin/rsyslogd doesn't exist), yielding this error message at boot:

init: Failed to spawn rsyslog main process: unable to execute: No such file or directory
