rvm cannot find /usr/share/ruby-rvm/README

Bug Description

Hello-

After installing ruby-rvm, I attempted to run rvm and got the following message:

jwest@transcendence:~$ rvm
cat: /usr/share/ruby-rvm/README: No such file or directory

Upon further inspection, no README exists at this file location.

dpkg -L suggests that the package did not install it there, either.

Looks like the deb forgot to unzip the file, dpkg -L lists /usr/share/doc/ruby-rvm/README.gz and /usr/share/doc/ruby-rvm/README.txt.gz. Either that or logic needs to be added to scripts/functions/installer, scripts/cli, and scripts/help to use -zcat as an option to the pager and to look at the correct file.
