Bug Description

Binary package hint: seahorse

Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
Package: seahorse 2.30.0-0ubuntu2

This happens only if I use "Not ask password on login" feature in "User settings".
Ubuntu fails to save my password (e.g. for Wi-Fi).
When I run "Password and encryption keys" I see following notice in status bar:
"Couldn't communicate with key ring daemon".
Attempt to create new password keyring fails with following error message:
"Couldn't add keyring
Error communicating with gnome-keyring-daemon"

If I don't use "Not ask password on login" feature in "User settings" everything is fine.

same behavior here - in my case I use my fingerprint reader to log in - so log out and in (with password this time) is a workaround
