Bug Description

steps to reproduce:

1 seahorse → remote → sync and publish keys…
2 If keyserver is unavailable (Couldn't communicate with server 'keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371': Cannot connect to destination (keyserver.ubuntu.com))→ crashed and closed.

in terminal:
