problem with shotwell

I downloaded my camera files to shotwell 10/23/2011. Everything went into events folder just fine. I accesses shotwell several times later in the day. When I accesses shotwell today it started to display the photos then dumped everything into the missing files. I had to reload the photos into shotwell since shotwell was deleted as I tried to upgrade to 11.10 earlier in the month which messed up everything.
