package smartmontools 6.4+svn4214-1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

During installing tlp...
The insserv gave error in smartmontools and tlp-rw and tlp.
dpkg exits with error every time since then.
Why insserv causes problem.
