Bug Description

When fractional scale is enabled and set to upper than 100%, some snap applications interface shows tiny (spotify, cherrytree).
I use 125% on 13" laptop, and spotify is almost unreadable with eyes almost touching the screen.
Setting back to 100% solves it, but everything else is uncomfortable.
