The error is:
error: cannot perform the following tasks:
- Setup snap "snapd" (9721) security profiles (cannot reload udev rules: exit status 1
udev output:
Failed to wait for daemon to reply: Broken pipe

Which is coming from snapd in this case.

We've seen similar issues when running inside privileged containers but as this isn't the case here, let's move it to the snapd team to dig deeper.
