A fix has landed for this upstream, it would be great if the package could be updated with the fix: https://github.com/snapcore/snapd/pull/11023

Summary: Snaps which link to libEGL fail to launch with errors like:

/snap/whatsapp-for-linux/28/bin/whatsapp-for-linux: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.33' not found (required by /var/lib/snapd/lib/gl/libEGL.so.1)

The fix for that will be included in snapd 2.54.1 which is making its way through the release process
