Allow launching systemd-detect-virt from core snap

Bug Description

core22 has /usr/bin/systemd-detect-virt, but AppArmor makes it impossible to launch it, so I add systemd to my snap making its size bigger while I would just use the core snap's copy of the binary if AppArmor was letting launch it.
