Bug Description

Software Center is using custom icons for the "5 star" rating system. If anything else wants to consistently use the same stars (such as the Dash online integration or a music player), the developers will need to ship their own duplicate icons.

The gnome and HighContrast themes already ship status/starred.png and status/non-starred.png. I've requested that GNOME add a half-starred.png which we could backport from GNOME 3.8 to raring.

The Software Center star icons should be moved to the Humanity set and use the same naming convention GNOME uses.

This should also fix a bug when HighContrast is enabled in System Settings>Universal Access: the stars turn red (ideally they should be black and white).
