Binary package hint: software-center

The file /etc/gnome-app-install/packages-whitelist creeps around in Maverick and natty although Ubuntu has abandoned gnome-app-install. Ubuntu should have been cleaned of this old file automatically. That's the task of the package maintainer.

Thanks for this report. I see the file's still there in Oneiric, too.

Changed in software-center (Ubuntu):
importance: Undecided → Low
status: New → Triaged
