Bug Description
Binary package hint: spe
The python editor spe cannot be installed on lucid as it depends on pychecker, which is not available on lucid. I've downloaded and installed the pychecker package for karmich, which seems to work, so pychecker has probably only to be build for lucid.

pychecker was removed from lucide, because it's python2.5 only
