Bug Description

Request a default configuration file (maybe /etc/grub-menu-titles) which contain mappings for display titles used by update-grub. Would map UUID/dev/PARTID to a name instead of using a "guessed" or generated name. Would eliminate needing to disable OS Prober and maintaining a 40_custom configuration.

Example:
8497fd-aa889-34320-2323-a88cc=System Rescue
/dev/md/mdboot=My Server
