The ppc64el live server install help text for 20.04 LTS currently says that it will be supported for nine months instead of the five years that currently planned for standard support.

Thanks

This is because "lsb_release -d" does not contain "LTS" yet on focal. When it does, the text used here follows this template:

Welcome to the Ubuntu Server Installer!

The most popular server Linux in the cloud and data centre, you can
rely on Ubuntu Server and its five years of guaranteed free upgrades.

The installer will guide you through installing Ubuntu Server
{release} LTS.

The installer only requires the up and down arrow keys, space (or
return) and the occasional bit of typing.

This is version {snap_version} of the installer.

Maybe we should add different text when the description says "development version"?

I like the idea of adding different text for devel versions.

Imho the test should not mention neither 9 months nor 5 years, and the text should be the same for lts and non-lts. As we can use PRETTY_NAME="Ubuntu 20.04 LTS" from /etc/os-release to get the right name of the release.
