Bug Description
Currently software-
* software center->Edit menu-> Software Sources
* Synaptic -> Settings menu-> Repositories
* Update Manager -> Settings button
We should keep the title and the label of the action accessing software-propeties consistent, as suggested by the HIG, the action should end with ellipsis, and the title of the window should be the same as the label without the trailing ellipsis.
Regardless of the name chosen, it should be updated in all of the above applications for consistency.
Also see [1] for the work-in-progress design of the new software-properties control center applet, as the title will probably also appear there.

The settings button actually calls a separate application called - software- properties- gtk. This can be run by itself and infact used to be an application in gnome-control- center.
