Bug Description

Today I noticed that telephony-service-indicator causes repeated method calls on dbus. It seems to call Get Postion on the media hub every second. The message below is repeated every second:

method call sender=:1.61 -> dest=core.ubuntu.media.Service serial=2795 path=/core/ubuntu/media/Service/sessions/0; interface=org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties; member=Get
   string "org.mpris.MediaPlayer2.Player"
   string "Position"

phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ busctl status :1.61
[...]
Exe=/usr/bin/telephony-service-indicator
[...]

Instead of polling every second, this method should be called only once and then it should listed to the PropertyChanged coming from media hub.

FWIW, I am not playing any media or have phone calls ongoing.
