bad modification time in beamericonbook.pdf

Bug Description

The modification time of /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/beamer/art/beamericonbook.pdf is year 2009 while the modification time of /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/beamer/art/beamericonbook.tex is 2010.

That means that when I have a recipe

  %.pdf: %.tex

in my Makefile AND one of my tex files includes the above pdf Makefiles tries to recompile it and fails because it is on /usr and I am not a root.

I think that this pdf was not properly recompiled while building the package texlive-latex-recommended
