Bug Description

On Ubuntu 12.04 "Precise Pangolin" I have installed texlive through the texlive-full metapackage. Running texdoc produces the following error message

$ texdoc memman
sh: 1: gnome-open: not found

What should happen is that the memoir manual should be opened in the default PDF viewer.

Installing libgnome2-0, which provides gnome-open, fixes this problem.

The version of texlive-base is 2009-15.
