Bug Description

Binary package hint: texlive-latex-extra

texlive-latex-extra includes the package randtext.sty (http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/randtext.html), which requires the file random.tex...but this is not included.

The file is easy to find via Google, and should be included with the package if randtext.sty is.

aptitude install texlive-generic-recommended
