Bug Description

In /usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/latex/moderncv there is a symlink CHANGELOG.gz to /usr/share/doc/texlive-latex-extra-doc/latex/moderncv/CHANGELOG.gz which is broken since the CHANGELOG is not shipped.

The CHANGELOG should be added (back) to texlive-latex-extra-doc.
