documents labels "ignored" after reindexing

I had tracker working like a charm here. Then, thought would be great to have thumbnails showing on results list. Went to preferences editor - through tracker applet - and selected the box to tell tracker to do just that; I received a message saying tracker had to reindex entire directories to add the thumbs. I confirmed and the proccess begun.

I had a couple documents with some labels attached, to help searching. After reindex completion, the labels no longer "worked", I mean, searching for the labels returned no results at all, altought I could see them attached to the documents. I was able to solve the problems on some of them by removing and inserting the labels, but this isn't ok.
