tumbler eats a lot of memory

Bug Description
I opened my video collection folder with Marlin, then I check system monitor, I was surprised that Tumbler ate 375 MB memory. I tried to remove Tumbler but Marlin depend on it. And I can't find option in Marlin to disable thumbnail.
Nautilus seems to have another thumbnailer coz Tumbler didn't run when I opened Nautilus.
