radios "show used" and "show all" in plugin alternative window do nothing

Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubufox
steps:
1. visit a site with flash installed
2. click the plugin symbol or the Tools->Manage Content Plugins menu entry
3. click on the radio buttons
Current behaviour:
nothing happens
Expected behaviour:
the radio buttons should properly change which content types are visible/managable in the alt plugin window.
