Bug Description
Package: ubuntu-dev-tools
Version: 0.202
I have added a private PPA to my sources.list.
Running pull-ppa-debs --ppa private-team/ppa package noble
fails with
File "/usr/lib/
raise ValueError(f"No user/team '{self._teamname}' found on Launchpad") from error
As apt-get can download the deb I would have expected pull-ppa-debs to be able to do the same.
