upgrader should tell WHICH third party sources were disabled

Bug Description

The upgrader tells me that third party sources were disabled.

The upgrader should list which third party sources it has disabled so I can take appropriate action.

Linux has a steep learning curves and this is making it worse.

@Brian Murray: I can't believe you pushed this off to the wishlist. Upgrading to 20.04 had already given me headaches because you people change the gui so much. I was so happy to leave Windows behind, but now this! Why are you doing this??
