Bug Description
Using rtm 26 on krillin, system updates are listed in the "notification" (indicator-message) menu, in french they show as
"Il existe une image d...
hh:mm - day
Appuyez pour ouvrir le gestionnaire
de mise à jour du système"
There are a few issues there:
- the first line/title is ellipsize but it has to, there is enough blank space on the right to add at least another 6 letters
- the title doesn't have enough content to understand what the item is about
Ideally that label would wrap so no content is lost, but it should at least use the space

There are new design for UX and visuals for notifications.
Document name "Notification system UX spec " page (31) https:/
Title - maximum one line (optional), if the number of characters exceeds the width it should be ellipsized at the end.
Please see image attached below the comments.

While I agree it elides too early, and that's a bug in settings components, it's not clear that we'd want to wrap it to two lines. Seeking design guidance.
