Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) receive a long SMS (about 140 characters)
2) go to messaging menu and tap the item to expand.
It is impossible to read the entire message as there is a hardcoded 3 line count limit.
--------UX comment---------
We've added in the latest specification for the notification system the behaviour of the notification items in the messaging menu/notification centre. Link to the spec: https:/

We need design input on what the menu should look like when expanded with more than 3 lines of text required.
Currently the text is left aligned to the icon; should the full text just flow down still left aligned to the icon?
